Fabric Sourcing
As a primary check to ensure quality, we guide suppliers on proper fabric sourcing and identify manufacturers who can deliver on time with good quality fabric of the desired weight, construction, and color.
Supplier Identification
Every factory we work with is evaluated on two levels: capacity & capability, and adherence to environmental control and labor laws. We ensure they can meet buyer requirements in terms of quality and timely delivery.
Sampling
We arrange sampling from appropriate suppliers as per buyer’s designs and sketches. Both order samples and promotional samples are provided free of charge.
Pricing
We scrutinize prices quoted by suppliers and, using our deep knowledge of local cost structures, negotiate the most realistic and competitive prices.
Quality Control
Once an order is placed, we take multiple steps to ensure only correct merchandise is shipped. We check fabric quality, weight, shrinkage, and color fastness. Lab dips are approved by the buyer before bulk dyeing. Pre-production samples are thoroughly inspected for size, workmanship, cleanliness, and fit.
Order Follow-up
We follow up each order in precise detail from fabric stage through garment production to shipment. Buyers are regularly updated with the actual status of their orders at every stage.
Shipping & Cargo Handling
Shipping documents are carefully checked for conformity with buyer instructions and sent well in advance. We work only with reputed forwarders to ensure accurate and timely information on sailing details, ETD/ETA, and priority booking when possible.
Post Shipment Support
To avoid demurrage, we collect all necessary shipping documents (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, GSP, Certificate of Origin, etc.) immediately after shipment and forward them to the buyer. In case of any issues, we actively assist in finding mutually acceptable solutions.
