Valley Sourcing Ltd is a multinational "ready to wear" clothing manufacturing and trading company, headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It has two production facilities located near Dhaka to support critical knit and woven productions. Apart from its own facilities, it works with 26 associated compliant factories supporting woven, knit, and sweater productions.
Valley Sourcing has been catering to some of the leading brands and retail stores of the world for more than 5 years. We are involved in product design and development, raw material & factory sourcing, production planning & management, quality assurance, and export documentation to shipping consolidation — basically a complete "one-stop" solution from design to final export.
Valley Sourcing has grown to become a leading clothing vendor that produces over 600+ styles a year (not including repeats). We offer a complete one-stop solution for clothing buyers.
Established in 2010 in Dhaka, Bangladesh with only 6 staff, it has now become a multidivisional sourcing company with a strong team.
Valley Sourcing is currently working closely with 10 knit, 5 woven, and 5 sweater factories. Most of these factories are WRAP, C-TPAT, BSCI, and Wal-Mart approved.
Our unique working procedure, strong production follow-up, and quality management system have resulted in exponential growth and 100% buyer retention.

| 1. Supplier Evaluation & Final Inspection | To ensure quality, desired weight, construction, and color, we thoroughly evaluate every factory’s capacity and capability. We check environmental control, safety standards, labor practices, and compliance with labor laws. We verify that suppliers can meet the required production volume within the buyer’s timeline. |
| 2. Sourcing | Upon order confirmation, we immediately check and control the quality of all inputs including yarn, fabric, accessories, labeling, and coordinate their timely procurement and delivery. Buyers are given full freedom to choose accessories and labels regarding style, color, and design. |
| 3. Sampling | We develop and provide samples according to the buyer’s design, fabric quality, weight, shrinkage, color fastness, and specifications. Our experienced merchandisers and quality controllers closely monitor sampling and production to obtain buyer approval before bulk production. |
| 4. Quality Control & Assurance | Our Quality Controllers regularly visit factories to ensure all production meets buyer requirements. We have a pool of 20 factories across these three departments. Most of these are compliant midsized factories to support better prices. Many of them are BSCI, WRAP, OEKO-TEX and Wal-Mart certified factories.
Our QC's are one of the most important parts of our company. All these QCs are well trained from SGS and ITS. We deploy full-time QC during production to protect last-minute surprises and to ensure great quality products.
We only use factories to sew the garments. We provide the factory with master patterns and size sets, signed and properly checked by our senior master. All fabrics are tested by our technicians prior to receiving them in the factory. We deploy full-time QCs to print, embroidery, and wash factories to ensure seamless production. All trims are checked twice and trim cards are signed off by the head of quality to ensure bulk trims match the approved trim card. We test all trims before putting them on the garment.
Our shipping and logistics department takes care of shipping documentation, LC matters, and maintains close contact with buyers' logistics departments.
